We're proud of our record when it comes to work-life balance. When we're busy, everyone is expected to pull together to put the hours in, but we go far beyond the norm when it comes to a flexible approach to working hours and we're certainly not the type of company that expects our employees to work all hours day-in day-out.
Like everyone however, sometimes we need a holiday team-building weekend away. So we take one. In recent years we've made it to Barcelona, 3 ski and snowboard trips to France and a sunny beach holiday to Sardinia. We believe these trips do a huge amount for our company by encouraging a positive and happy office, and a stronger team. There are always plenty of great stories to look back on too.
Probably the simplest, but most fondly appreciated fixture, is our long-established tradition of eating out together for Friday lunch. This gives us all a bit more time to talk about non-business stuff and sample the many restaurants of Shoreditch and Hoxton.
Finally though, financially. We reward everyone through our successful profit-related bonus scheme. The more happy clients we can efficiently and productively service each quarter, the better we all do.

Title: Sales Director : Product Centre
Job Type: Permanent

Salary: up to 60K OTE, negotiable depending on experience.
Inition is seeking a driven and experienced sales manager, with a passion for innovative technology to work within our 'Product Centre' business area. You will be responsible for handling existing clients and winning new business in a broad range of professional markets (including medical, educational, oil and gas, engineering, scientific, and product design). Inition has established an excellent reputation as a provider of advanced 3D technologies in several markets and a proven track record with major brand clients. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow and develop business in a market currently undergoing rapid growth.
The role will be based in central London but there will be some opportunity for travel. The main responsibilities will be handling new business enquiries, demonstrating 3D display equipment and interactives, strengthening partnerships with suppliers, establishing partnerships with new suppliers, account management, sales and liaising with our creative team. You will report to the board.
Ideally candidates will have at least 3 years business development experience in a sales and marketing environment in a technical, preferably audio-visual or scientific visualisation industry. Enthusiasm, good interpersonal skills and an eye for detail are key.

Inition Asia Pacific is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable person to help grow Inition's Thinglab division. The role encapsulates 2 main functions - Scanning and printing of 3D objects, and building/forging new relationships with clients.
The Thinglab bureau service produces detailed meshes from scans of objects or environments using a range of cutting edge scanning equipment. The work involves scanning objects (anything from coins, skulls or fingerprints right up to maquettes, cars, people and environments) and reconstructing them in software to create accurate 3D models of the originals. The work is meticulous, requiring a keen eye, patience and attention to detail. Responsibilities include meeting deadlines, calibrating, maintaining and operating the scanner, as well as building and testing new scanners for our sales division. There is an opportunity to move into 3D printing later on. Previous experience with scanners is not strictly necessary - we are mostly looking for enthusiasm, willingness to learn, a love of producing high quality work and the right personality.
The client relations aspect will involve fielding inquiries regarding our 3D scanning/printing services/sales, providing technical support and expanding the business by means of following up leads or forging new contacts with potential customers via marketing initiatives.

Inition have an opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic developer to enhance our considerable web presence and build on our reputation for providing a rich source of information packaged into a quality user experience. Ideally the candidate will have experience developing both front-end and back-end web-based and database software with a good understanding of php, SQL and Visual Basic programming. Requirements include an eye for design and a flair for HCI along with a neat and disciplined approach to developing code as part of a team. The role is based in our central London offices in a relaxed and informal working environment.

Inition Asia Pacific are looking for an enthusiastic tech-savvy person to look after the day to day running of our product center. As a Hi-Tech Company, we get lots of cutting edge technology and prototypes to play with and our clients need help navigating the dizzying array of options out there.
Our products include 3D projection, 3D displays, 3D headmount displays, haptics and force feedback, motion capture, 3D scanning and 3D printing. Tasks include answering inquiries with sound product advice, generating quotes, ordering equipment, testing and demoing gear, as well as forging new relationships with potential clients through marketing initiatives. Previous knowledge of some of our product range preferable, but not essential. We are mostly looking for someone who is excited by technology and fits well with the team.

Inition are looking for an enthusiastic 3D graphics developer to join the team at our UK offices in Shoreditch, central London. The company is expanding its in-house development team and the successful applicant will be responsible for helping develop internal software tools and working on projects for a wide variety of clients.
Applicants must have at least 2 years industry experience using C++ and OpenGL. Knowledge of MFC, shaders, OpenSceneGraph, 3D Studio Max, image-processing an advantage.
Applicants will require a flair for working with, as well as knowledge and understanding of, cutting edge technology. The role will involve working with a variety of 3D technologies including stereoscopic displays and camera systems, 3D tracking systems, head-mounted displays, augmented-reality and haptics, to name a few.

We are looking for talented 3D modelers / animators / artists to join our team and for work placements.
Skills in 3DSMax are essential with experience of any other aspects of computer media creation helpful but we are mostly looking for enthusiasm, willingness to learn, a love of producing creative work and the right personality. Ideally we are looking for year placements. The work will be based at our Shoreditch or Melbourne offices (for more info see www.inition.co.uk). We specialise in 3D stereoscopic content and innovative use of technology to solve our clients' communication requirements. so there's the chance to use some very interesting equipment: 3D scanners, stereoscopic and volumetric displays, augmented reality, 3D printing, haptic sculpting, etc.
